Responsibilities: Manage supplier quality activities during prototype and serial production phases.Work closely with the SQE team to support project quality planning and supplier quality assurance.Plan and oversee inspections of supplied materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.Conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans.Manage supplier complaints, lead problem-solving activities, and monitor 8D actions until closure.Support PPAP and production part approval processes, ensuring all supplier documentation is complete and up to date.Monitor supplier performance, prepare quality reports, track quality costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Profile: Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or a similar quality-focused role.Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 requirements.Knowledge of electronics is an advantage.Hands-on experience with quality tools including FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and process audits.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with suppliers.Fluent English.
