Because we work with various customers, you are also expected to be able to adapt to different environments Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable, and reliable applications, systems, and infrastructure. You will work across backend development, cloud infrastructure, automation, testing, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is technically curious, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable learning and working across different areas of technology. Develop and maintain APIs and server-side applications using Python and FastAPI.Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases.Develop and maintain automated tests, unit tests, and test scripts using PyTest and Playwright.Use GitHub for source control, code collaboration, and development workflows.Build, containerize, and deploy applications using Docker.Deploy and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.Deploy, manage, and orchestrate containerized services using Kubernetes.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.Integrate and work with GraphQL APIs to optimize data retrieval and application performance.Collaborate with frontend developers and work with React where required for full-stack collaboration and API integration.Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve application and infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.Apply DevAI / AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve engineering productivity, automation, testing, troubleshooting, and software delivery. What You Bring to the Position 5+ years of experience with Python and FastAPI.Solid experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.Hands-on experience with PyTest and automated testing using Playwright.Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized application development.Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based services.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.Good understanding and hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.Experience integrating and consuming GraphQL APIs.Familiarity with React, particularly for full-stack collaboration and API integration.Understanding of backend performance optimization and database query optimization.Experience working with Git/GitHub and collaborative software development workflows.Experience working in Agile methodologies.
