Description

Fundingpips looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build our platform engineering function from the ground up and improve developer experience across our engineering teams. What you'll be working on: Building scalable, reliable internal platforms and self-service capabilitiesAutomating infrastructure and reducing environment provisioning from days to minutesDriving AWS, Terraform, CI/CD and GitOps practicesEstablishing security, compliance and observability standardsWorking closely with development teams to turn their needs into platform solutions What we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform EngineeringStrong AWS & Terraform expertiseHands-on experience with GitHub Actions, GitOps and automationExperience with Kubernetes/ECS and observability toolsStrong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skillsFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to have: Spacelift, Cloudflare, Datadog, Backstage/Port, service mesh/API gateways, or experience in fintech/trading environments.
