Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineering / SRE Lead to drive software development, test automation, DevOps, and production reliability across enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in SDLC, SRE principles, CI/CD, automation, observability, and application security. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve quality and release velocity.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.Apply SRE practices to improve availability, scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.Drive incident management, RCA, problem management, and continuous improvement.Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.Lead application security practices including threat modelling, Secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and security architecture reviews.Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.Mentor engineering teams on reliability, automation, security, and engineering best practices.
