About the Role Impiricus is hiring a Front End Software Engineer to develop and scale intuitive, high-performing web interfaces for its AI-driven healthcare engagement platform. The role centers on React-based front-end development, responsive and accessible user interfaces, and maintainable software architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA professionals to translate product requirements into reliable digital experiences. This opportunity is suited to a software engineer with 4+ years of professional experience who enjoys working in an agile environment and has strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, WordPress, APIs, and modern front-end development practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable front-end applications using React. Translate product and design requirements into responsive, high-quality UI components. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to plan and deliver new features. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Apply front-end best practices related to performance, accessibility, and responsive design. Contribute to front-end architecture and component library development. Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Conduct code reviews and contribute to improved engineering standards. Investigate and resolve UI/UX bugs and production issues. Help build consistent and scalable user experiences across the platform. Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong hands-on experience with React. Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and/or TypeScript. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Understanding of responsive web design principles. At least 2 years of WordPress development experience. Experience working with agile development teams. Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$115,000 USD. Compensation within this range may vary based on skills, experience, location, and internal team considerations.
