About The Role Motional is seeking an experienced Staff Front End Engineer to join its Web Visualization Tooling team. This pivotal role involves leading the development of critical web tooling and visualization systems that enhance feedback loops for machine learning engineers and improve the performance and adaptability of autonomous vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for user-facing applications, excellent technical expertise in modern frontend technologies, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. You will be responsible for architecting and scaling a modern frontend ecosystem using React, TypeScript, and Vue, ensuring that the tools and interfaces developed meet the complex needs of internal stakeholders and contribute to the broader mission of advancing autonomous vehicle technology.
