Summary
✨ AI‑Generated
Build an automated integration factory rather than individual connectors. You will design systems capable of producing integrations at massive scale, work across ecommerce-related software ecosystems, and turn API documentation and repetitive implementation into an efficient engineering process.
Highlights
Build automation systems that can generate integrations at massive scale, work across diverse regional software ecosystems, and solve challenging engineering problems with substantial autonomy.

Developer
Don't write integrations one by one.
Build the machine that develops them autonomously.
60 today.
1,000 next.
The Role
Don't write integrations.
Build the factory.
Integrations sit at the core of Wilmo.
We have built more than 60.
The plan is 1,000 within the next year.
Building that at scale is not reading API documentation and writing code by hand.
You need to build the machine that develops integrations autonomously.
The vendors are regional.
Each country or state has about 100–200 software companies that serve ecommerce stores.
We have already proven we can ship an integration in hours.
The next challenge is 500 in a day.
Day to day
Build the factory, not the next connector
Reading API docs and writing one integration at a time does not get us to 1,000.
You build the machine that develops them.
Cover the local stack
Every country has 100–200 ecommerce vendors.
Order, warehouse, returns, shipping, carriers, help desks.
Regional first.
Go from hours to a day of 500
We already ship integrations in hours.
The next step is 500 in a day.
That is a systems problem, not a typing problem.
Sit next to the person who built the first 60
You will work with Villads every day on the factory.
The first integrations are the proof.
The factory is the job.

About You
You'll thrive here if
You build systems that build systems
A good integration is not the win.
A machine that can produce the next hundred is.
You are allergic to manual work that repeats
If you did it twice, you want it automated.
Docs, auth, webhooks, mapping — the factory should eat that.
You understand messy vendor APIs
Local software is inconsistent.
You have made unreliable APIs behave anyway.
You want the hard scale problem
60 integrations is the starting line.
1,000 in a year is the brief.
