About This Role: Mozilla’s Cloud Engineering team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to mature, maintain, and build features for our Internal Developer Infrastructure Platform. You will work on creating standardized, scalable systems for CI/CD, Observability, Kubernetes optimization, environment bootstrapping, cost optimization, and more. Supporting the Infrastructure needs of the organization and identifying new opportunities to mature the path to production in a safe, cost effective way will also be an integral part of this role. What You’ll Do: Support infrastructure that development teams use to own and operate their services at Mozilla.Guide technical decision-making and adoption of user-centric solutions.Create Claude skills and design agentic workflows that improve developer productivityGuide team members and promote engineering standard methodologies, with a focus on usability and maintainability.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for efficient and cohesive platform delivery.Write proposals and decision briefs for new policies, processes, and platform functionality.Create new features for the platform with a meaningful value propositionBe trusted to resolve unclear but urgent tasks.
