We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform that deliver tangible end user business value. This position is for a team player who is passionate about delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform and looking to make an impact on our clients as we power business growth through digital solutions. We operate on a hybrid model with three days a week in-office to facilitate team collaboration. What You Will Do Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, providing implementation insights, trade-offs, and considerations that shape execution plans to deliver measurable value to clients and end users Proactively identify and communicate solution risks, dependencies, and cross functional team impacts, offering clear mitigation strategies to drive informed decision-making and ensure successful solution adoption Technical Leadership & Problem Solving Lead end-to-end solution design including the translation of requirements to solution options and recommendations to achieve a great user experience Own the design of detailed technical implementation approaches to turn requirements into tangible solutions, while proactively providing alternatives to challenges encountered Champion implementation best practices by contributing to reusable frameworks and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that accelerates delivery, improves solution quality and reduces technical debt Implementation & Delivery Ownership Own the implementation of new features and capabilities as part of end-to-end solutions, leveraging Salesforce platform tools such as: configuration advanced automation, apex, LWC, along with integration and third party apps Lead activities that drive solution quality such as unit testing, peer review, collaboration with team members on defect resolution and testing Directly participate in DevOps activities to ensure successful promotion of implemented work following the established deployment process Participate as the subject matter expert for delivered solutions, providing guidance on implementation details, production support leadership and recommendations on continuous optimization approaches to ensure sustained business value to drive increased user adoption What You Bring Ability to communicate across a diverse set of stakeholders 8+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Prior industry experience in high net worth wealth management or institutional asset management is an asset Strong understanding of core platform capabilities, data modelling, security model, governor limits, Salesforce APIs and integration patterns Nice to have, experience with Omnistudio, Gearset, additional programming languages. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Proven track record of continuous learning and leadership The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation.
