Job DescriptionCreate weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecastParticipate in S&OP forecast meetingsCalculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecastPrepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actualsMaintain healthy inventory in DC and store based on target days coverClosely work with demand planning specialist to drive adjustments on planMonitor supplier issues and escalate as necessary to ensure availabilityIdentify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive actionIdentify SKUs with inventory with no-movement for the past 28 daysWork with inventory controller on identifying stocks for balancing across warehousesOwn the category group by being on-top of issues related to overall S&OP especially in ordering and availabilityBe able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issuesOther tasks that may be relevant to the function
