1. About Our Client: The organization operates in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software industry, providing a unified platform designed to address the complex financial, operational, and analytical needs of large enterprises. It supports mission-critical workloads for the Office of the CFO within highly regulated industries, delivering scalable solutions built on advanced technology, including distributed services, OLAP, multidimensional data models, and cloud-native SaaS architecture on Microsoft Azure. 2. About the Opportunity: The Software Engineer I is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software components within the platform. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality features by collaborating across teams and managing assigned features throughout the full software development lifecycle. It contributes directly to the reliability and performance of solutions that meet customer expectations. 3. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components within the platform. • Implement features using established design patterns and best practices under guidance. • Contribute to UI development with frameworks such as Angular, React, and Blazor. • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with unit test coverage. • Utilize AI-assisted development tools while validating output for accuracy and security. • Participate in peer code reviews to enhance code quality. • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software defects. • Collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering teams to meet functional and quality standards. • Follow established software development lifecycle, security, and compliance protocols. 4. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 2–4 years of professional software development experience. • Experience with object-oriented programming and Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET, and ASP.NET. • Basic experience with UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Blazor, or WPF. • Familiarity with JSON, XML, relational databases, and SQL. • Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD workflows. • Ability to write and review unit tests. • Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise applications, cloud/SaaS systems, automated testing, Azure certification, and familiarity with AI coding tools. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Gross annual base salary: USD $99,000–$128,500. • Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply based on experience, skills, and location. 6.
