Senior Full Stack Web/Mobile Application Engineer

Serving clients ranging from startups to large enterprises, the organization delivers tailored digital solutions across multiple industries, including online ordering platforms, content management systems, and economic research applications. About the Opportunity: The Senior Full Stack Web/Mobile Application Engineer leads the development of modern web and mobile applications while helping establish technical standards and development practices. This role serves as a technical leader across projects, guiding architecture, code quality, AI-assisted development, and engineering teams. The position also works directly with clients and project managers to clarify requirements, make technical decisions, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: • Develop applications, websites, and features using Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, and Laravel. • Plan and implement development work using AI agents within a specification-driven process. • Establish and promote standards for AI-assisted software development. • Serve as Technical Lead on projects and collaborate with project managers on technical and financial considerations. • Act as an escalation point for engineers and provide guidance on architecture, implementation, and code quality. • Mentor junior developers and support the professional growth of engineering team members. • Participate in high-level architecture planning and provide internal technical consulting. • Lead advanced development activities including database modeling, query optimization, and logging and monitoring configuration. • Evaluate and adopt modern development technologies, tools, and methodologies. • Communicate directly with clients and project managers to clarify requirements, make technical decisions, and provide project updates. • Identify technical risks and recommend solutions that support project quality, scalability, and maintainability. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical roles, preferably within a digital or interactive agency environment. • Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies. • Experience building and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs. • Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services. • Hands-on experience using AI agents in production software development. • Experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead. • Ability to communicate directly with clients regarding technical requirements, decisions, and project progress. • Experience designing user experiences informed by user behavior and product requirements. • Proficiency with Git and GitHub. • Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills. • Experience with AWS or other DevOps platforms is a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Salary range: $95,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience.
