Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Java, Spring technologies, and Alibaba Cloud.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and services.Develop and support microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateways, messaging, and distributed systems.Deploy and manage applications on Alibaba Cloud services.Develop database integrations and optimize application and database performance.Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Support CI/CD pipelines, code quality, testing, and application deployment.Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.Skills & Requirements
Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17, including Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM tuning, and Design Patterns.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA.Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, Service Discovery, Circuit Breakers, Distributed Transactions, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (Ali Cloud), including ECS, ACK, OSS, RDS, SLB, Cloud Monitor, Function Compute, RAM, Container Registry, and VPC.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, Git, and SonarQube.Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
