Create external developer facing APIs and underlying infrastructure.Identify, deliver and land critical user journeys end-to-end.Measure and monitor the impact of various features across Business Communication ecosystem.Create better user experience by fixing critical bugs/issues raised by external developers (partners).Work with Project Managers, UX (User Experience), DevRel (Developer Relations), Business Development, Support and Engineering leads to deliver critical product/system metrics to help understand various nuances of the product.
