As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help us build the next phase of Locus. This is not a traditional corporate environment. We are a real startup: we move fast, take on a lot ourselves and are constantly building, improving and growing. This means a lot of freedom and responsibility, but also that not everything is defined in advance and that sometimes we go the extra mile to get things done. If you are looking for a classic 9-to-5 job with clearly defined boundaries and responsibilities, we are probably not the right fit. About the roleIn this role, you will be a driving force behind developing new features, from concept to production. You will work closely with our product, customer and tech teams to build software that genuinely makes a difference for real estate professionals. You will have a lot of responsibility and the freedom to contribute to how we develop our product, both technically and functionally. We are looking for someone who does not just write code, but also understands why we are building something and what impact it has on our customers. Our stackBackend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, PydanticArchitecture: Event Sourcing, CQRSFrontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSSInfrastructure: Docker, AWS Who we’re looking forAt least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developerYou can independently take features from idea to productionStrong knowledge of Python and React, enough to make a real impactBasic knowledge of APIs, security, performance and databasesYou are comfortable working in an environment where not everything has been figured out yetYou take responsibility and have a genuine can-do mentalityYou enjoy switching gears quickly and tackling different challengesBonus: experience in fintech or proptech is a plus Important: we are looking for someone who consciously chooses to work at a startup.
