Reporting to the Lead Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions across a portfolio of applications and supporting frameworks.
This is a varied role where you will partner with stakeholders to design, build, test and deploy new capabilities, while also supporting existing systems and helping resolve complex technical challenges.
You'll contribute to both project delivery and operational excellence, ensuring our applications remain reliable, scalable and maintainable.
Some Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions that deliver business value and exceptional user outcomes.
Support and maintain existing applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing practical solutions.
Participate in an L3 on-call support rotation, investigating and resolving production and route-to-live incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive the resolution of complex technical challenges.
Contribute to development standards, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering team growth.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and influence decision-making.

Other Key Skills Required For The Role Include
Strong experience in .NET (C#) and SQL development within enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps teams, with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools with sound technical judgement and critical thinking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Exposure to modern technologies and practices including Azure, React, CI/CD, microservices and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) will be highly regarded, along with experience in financial services and relevant tertiary qualifications.
