Must Have 7 to 10 Years Engineering and Development experience in enterprise tools for Infrastructure operations, like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy 4 to 5 plus years of hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules Development and Implementation Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services. Must Have High proficiency in a developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items,Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts, Angular JS.Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and ProdDemonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.Good understanding and hands on experience in CMDB, Discovery and Event Management Concepts and their integrations with ITSM modulesHandson experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party toolsExperience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNowExpert knowledge with ServiceNow ITSM module and knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog itemsDemonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills and experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNowGood documentation and communication skillsExposure working in agile project teams
