Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Have min 2 years of experience as Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or System Engineer. - Hands-on experience with Cloud Technology, Linux, and VM (VMware/Hyper-V). - Good understanding of Network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall). - Experience with Backup & Restore and infrastructure monitoring. - Familiar with Microsoft 365 (O365) and IAM/User Access Management. - Familiar with CI/CD and Scripting/Automation is a plus. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Willing tu Full WFO Job Description - Deployment & Maintenance: Assisting with the configuration, deployment, and day-to-day management of cloud infrastructure services. - System Monitoring: Monitoring server, database, and application performance using monitoring tools (such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus) and reporting anomalies to the senior team. - Troubleshooting: Handling first-level issues related to the Cloud Environment (Tier 1/Tier 2) and cloud infrastructure and providing timely resolutions. - Basic Security: Managing user access through Identity and Access Management (IAM), setting up security groups (Security Groups/Firewalls), and ensuring compliance with basic security standards. - Automation & CI/CD: Assisting in maintaining continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and writing simple automation scripts. - Migration Support: Assisting the team in migrating on-premises applications to the cloud environment. - Documentation: Creating and updating technical documentation related to cloud architecture, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides.
