About The Role We are seeking talented Full-Stack Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling high-impact systems across our digital product ecosystem. Your work will span client-facing web applications, workflow automation tools, and internal platforms that underpin our core operations. Whether designing seamless user journeys or architecting resilient backend microservices within a regulated environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions and establishing robust technical foundations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product mindset, balancing the need for rapid delivery of business value with the creation of scalable, reusable architecture for long-term success. An integral part of your role will involve working with cutting-edge AI tools to embed intelligent features into our products and internal workflows, reflecting our commitment to innovation and technological advancement. Responsibilities End-to-End Delivery: Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality client-facing applications, internal tools, APIs, and microservices across our technology stack, ensuring reliability and performance.Full Stack Architecture: Collaborate across the frontend and backend spectrum, working with modern frameworks, asynchronous queues, and cloud infrastructure to build cohesive and scalable solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Design, and Data teams to streamline workflows, improve processes, and develop innovative software solutions that meet business needs.Engineering Excellence: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on security, data privacy, and operational reliability, especially within a regulated environment.Continuous Growth: Contribute to architectural improvements, enhance testing and observability, and improve developer experience. Depending on experience, you will have opportunities to influence technical strategies, mentor peers, and elevate engineering standards across the organization. Qualifications Education & Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in building production-grade software.Core Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js, and backend frameworks like Node.js and NestJS.Full Stack Fundamentals: Practical knowledge of Kotlin or Java, and experience in building and operating production backend services, including APIs, databases, and serverless architectures.API & System Design: Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization mechanisms such as JWT, and service-to-service integrations.Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and tools like AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring and debugging.Pragmatic Mindset: Analytical thinking with the ability to make practical engineering and product trade-offs, taking ownership from concept to deployment.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.Nice-to-Haves: Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, or asynchronous workflows; familiarity with additional backend languages such as Python; background working in regulated or high-security environments; and a keen interest or experience in AI-powered features and integrations.
