Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Golang Platform Engineer to join the Container Technology & Operations team within Platform Engineering.In this role, you will design, develop, automate, and operate strategic Kubernetes-based platform services that enable application teams across organisation to build, deploy, and run secure, scalable, and resilient applications.You will leverage strong expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, container technologies, cloud-native architectures, Linux, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and automation to enhance the banks container platform and improve developer experience.Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with engineering teams, infrastructure, security, architecture, risk, and operations departments across the bank to deliver reliable platform capabilities while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering and platform operations experience with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively across multiple departments, translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation within a large-scale banking environment.
