Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer [Ansible SME] based in Louisville, KY, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support mission-critical applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include automating processes using Ansible, optimizing cloud environments for scalability and efficiency, maintaining database reliability, and contributing to infrastructure and deployment strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure seamless integration of software and infrastructure components. Qualifications Strong Familiarity with Ansible is required, alongside other automation tools and best practicesProficiency in Software Development with experience in coding, scripting, and developing automated solutionsPrior experience with RabbitMQComprehensive knowledge of Infrastructure including configuration management and process automationExpertise in Cloud Computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong command of Linux operating systems, with experience in system administration and troubleshootingExperience working with Databases, including database setup, maintenance, and optimizationStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid (on-site and remote) environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent professional experience is also acceptablePrior experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
