About the Opportunity: The Software Developer, Integrations is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications and systems. This role contributes by delivering reliable software solutions, enhancing existing systems, and assisting with application support to meet organizational needs. The position requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure effective software delivery and maintenance. 3. Responsibilities: • Complete software development tasks including coding, testing, debugging, and installing programs based on specifications. • Assist in designing enhancements to existing systems. • Mentor and assist other software developers or architects. • Design end-to-end applications using full stack technologies under direction. • Support internal software applications across the organization. • Collaborate independently with clients and consultants on maintenance and enhancement projects. • Review, analyze, and document modifications to business processes and systems. • Provide production support for application errors, including on-call duties as scheduled. • Develop test plans, test data, and documentation; perform testing to ensure system functionality. • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned. 4. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Relevant experience in software development, system design, and business analysis. • For Software Developer I: Two years of professional experience. • For Software Developer II: Four years of IT experience with increasing responsibility. • For Senior Software Developer: Six years of IT experience with leadership and project management skills. • Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, and SpringBoot. • Experience architecting and implementing RESTful web services. • Proficiency with Message Queues. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. • Commitment to cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems. • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorships not considered. • May require a valid driver’s license. • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks. 5.
