Description

Hi Barito Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a new microservices-based application. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring BootLead system architecture design and make key technical decisions for backend servicesBuild and manage RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal and external systemsDevelop and optimize database structures, queries, and performance using PostgreSQLCollaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver reliable featuresEnsure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and proper documentationTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issuesSupport CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment and release managementMonitor system performance, reliability, and scalability in production environmentsMentor junior developers and contribute to team technical growth Ideal Skills and Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and JDK 21Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and performance tuningProven experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in production environmentsStrong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systemsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challengesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentPrior experience in a senior or lead role is a plus If you're a motivated developer looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
