About the Role
We're looking for a curious, hungry engineer to join our lean but fast-moving team.
You'll work across the full stack — shipping features, fixing bugs, exploring new AI tools, and helping us scale.
This is not a ticket-closing role.
You'll have real ownership from day one, work directly with the founders, and see your code running inside some of Hong Kong's biggest buildings.
We care as much about attitude as we do about ability.
The ideal candidate has solid foundations — clean code habits, good debugging instincts, and an understanding of how real software gets built — but more importantly, brings the right mindset: ownership, curiosity, and a drive to keep getting better.
We'll back someone who genuinely wants to grow over someone with years on a CV but nothing to show for it.
