Job Description Design and implement high-performance backend solutions in Avaloq / Oracle stackDeliver end-to-end execution from specification to productionBuild scalable, reusable components across accounting modulesOptimize SQL / PL-SQL performance and system integrationEnsure correct implementation across layers (Kernel / Baseline / Client)Proactively resolve defects with focus on root-cause eliminationDrive automation, testability, and engineering standardsCollaborate with BAs to ensure smooth translation from requirement → execution Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and backend engineeringMinimum 5 years of experienceExperience with Avaloq Script or similar core banking platformsProven ability to deliver in SLA-driven, production-critical environmentsStrong capability in performance tuning and system integrationAbility to work across complex financial/accounting logicOwnership mindset with focus on delivery reliability and maintainability Additional Information We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
