About The Role We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade cross-platform mobile applications supporting critical sectors such as digital banking, healthcare, logistics, and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on building scalable, high-performance applications for both iOS and Android platforms that seamlessly integrate with cloud-native APIs, enterprise authentication systems, and real-time data services. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, DevOps teams, and QA specialists to deliver secure, intuitive, and highly responsive mobile experiences. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of professional software development experience, including three or more years of hands-on React Native development delivering production mobile applications. A strong proficiency in React Native, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and component lifecycle management. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, MobX, or Zustand is required. Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud backend services is necessary, along with a solid understanding of iOS and Android application lifecycle, navigation, permissions, and platform-specific behaviors. Additional preferred skills include experience with native modules bridging, Expo, CI/CD pipelines, mobile security best practices, and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of enterprise industries such as healthcare, financial services, or retail is a plus. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high performance and security standards.Create reusable UI components and shared mobile libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across multiple applications.Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-based backend platforms to deliver seamless data exchange and functionality.Implement secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, Okta, and biometric authentication technologies such as Face ID and Touch ID.Develop real-time features utilizing WebSockets, Firebase Cloud Messaging, SignalR, or push notification services to enhance user engagement.Optimize application startup time, rendering performance, memory utilization, and battery efficiency through performance profiling and tuning.Integrate native device capabilities including camera, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, and sensors, ensuring smooth native-React Native bridging.Implement offline data synchronization, local storage, caching, and background synchronization to support uninterrupted user experiences.Build scalable navigation architectures and manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure robust application quality and reliability.Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate build pipelines, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and provide ongoing support for production environments.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to maintain high application availability and user satisfaction.
