Role Description This full-time remote Application Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications that support the discovery and promotion of global creative talent.
Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure, reliable integration with internal and external systems.
The Application Developer collaborates with product stakeholders, designers, and other technical team members to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
