Job Description As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you'll combine software engineering with customer-facing problem solving. You'll understand what customers need, design the solution, write the code, integrate their systems and make sure everything works in production. What you'll do You'll own customer solutions end-to-end, including: Work directly with Polish-speaking customers to understand their processes, challenges and requirements. Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, prompts, tools and agent behaviour. Build integrations using APIs, webhooks and authentication. Write code to solve customer-specific technical problems. Work with LLMs and GenAI to build reliable production solutions. Debug integrations, calls, workflows and production issues. Turn ambiguous requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions. Work closely with Product Engineering and use customer insights to influence the product. Qualifications Who we're looking for You'll thrive in this role if you: Have solid coding skills and can implement independently, not just configure. Understand AI systems and LLMs, including prompting, tool-use, RAG and failure modes. Can translate complex processes into robust, testable workflows. Have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication and integrations. Understand cloud fundamentals, deployments, observability and production debugging. Are highly pragmatic: ship fast, make it stable, iterate. Take ownership and are comfortable making decisions without detailed instructions. Speak Polish at native or near-native level and English fluently. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with high expectations and significant responsibility. This is a demanding environment for ambitious people who are comfortable with high workloads, changing priorities and making work a significant priority. Experience with voice/telephony, n8n, TypeScript/Python, SQL, monitoring/tracing or GDPR is a bonus. Additional Information What the client offers: €60,000–€85,000 annual salary.
