Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Lead a cross-functional engineering team for a modern web platform (Angular/React, Java, Python, databases, Kafka). Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Management. Advance AI-native platform development by designing agents, skills, and workflows for healthcare users. Collaborate with architecture, security, and other product teams to ensure consistency and clear interfaces. Coach and mentor engineers to foster ownership, proactivity, and a modern engineering culture. What You'll Need Proven experience in technical leadership (e.g., Tech Lead, Principal Engineer) for modern web applications. End-to-end responsibility for productive systems. Strong knowledge of core stack: React/Angular, Java Spring Boot (Quarkus a plus), Python, Kafka, Terraform. Experience with cloud and DevOps practices (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD) and distributed, scalable systems. Demonstrated effective use of AI in software engineering, including agentic coding tools and AI pipelines. Fluent in German and English.
