Role Description
Right now we're doing something we've never done before: building a brand new AI product from scratch for one of our top government clients.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a legacy dashboard as an afterthought, we promise there is no fifteen year old PHP to excavate here.
An actual greenfield build, and you'd be one of the first developers shaping how it looks, feels, and behaves.
If you've ever wanted to say "I built the front end for that" about something that actually matters, and not just another to do list app, this is the project.
This is a full time Front End UX Developer role.
You'll build responsive, accessible interfaces for complex public sector tools, work closely with UX, product, back end devs, and the government stakeholders who'll actually use what you ship.
You'll also be hands on with the new AI tooling we're weaving into our systems, so if you've been dying to work AI into a real product instead of just watching demo videos and nodding, here's your shot.
Location
Portugal, ideally based in or near Lisbon.
Remote friendly, we care about what you ship, not what time you clocked in or what pajamas you wore while doing it.
Qualifications
Must have: strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS or SCSS; real Angular experience, not "I watched a YouTube tutorial once"; comfortable with MVC or component based architecture; Bootstrap in your toolkit; and familiarity with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD, the stuff that keeps code from turning into chaos at 2am before a demo.
Should have: experience with DevExpress or DevExtreme for Angular.
Nice to have: experience with Blazor and experience with Mapbox Maps.
If you don't know all of these yet, that's fine, Google exists.
If you claim to know them and don't, we will find out by the second stand up.
Language
Portuguese and English, or honestly whatever language you speak, as long as you deliver top notch work.
