It can be .md, .txt, a combination of multiple sessions, or a link to a hosted artifact.
Step 2: Online Interview A single online conversation covering technical depth, problem-solving, and team fit.
No multi-round gauntlet.
Step 3: Technical Session (60 min) A live coding challenge where you build a small backend service from scratch using an AI-coding assistant (we provide it).
We'll observe how you work, then you walk us through your code and key decisions in the last 5 minutes.
Step 4: Decision Feedback and potential start within one week of your interview.
