About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development to join our dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the design, development, and delivery of major components within our mobile platform.
As a key contributor, you will work closely with senior engineers and architects to shape the technical direction of our iOS applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with native iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI, and will be responsible for guiding best practices across the team.
This position does not involve direct reports but requires advanced technical expertise, mentorship capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in native iOS application development, utilizing Swift and SwiftUI.
They should possess a strong background in application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development.
Proven experience leading and mentoring junior and intermediate developers is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with 8+ years of experience in software development lifecycle management, exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, and familiarity with open-source frameworks will be highly regarded.
Experience working within agile environments and a passion for continuous learning are also desirable traits.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include owning and leading the delivery of major components within our mobile platform, collaborating with senior engineers and architects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
You will participate actively throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
Improving software engineering practices by advocating for agile methodologies and best practices is a key aspect of your role.

Mentoring junior, intermediate, and senior mobile developers is an integral part of your responsibilities, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and technical growth.
