Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack role based in Amman, Jordan.
The Full Stack professional will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, integrating APIs and third-party services, and collaborating with designers and marketers to align technology with digital campaign requirements.
The role also involves optimizing applications for usability and speed, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow and architecture.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).Experience with back-end development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with third-party tools and services.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Experience with deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and working with cloud environments or hosting platforms.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code; familiarity with unit and integration testing.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience building solutions that support digital marketing or data-driven campaigns is a plus.
