Aumet is building the digital backbone of the pharmaceutical supply chain across MENA.
Our B2B marketplace connects pharmacies, wholesalers, and suppliers, and our Pharmacy Management System (PMS) helps pharmacies run daily operations, from inventory to point-of-sale.
We’re hiring a Flutter Engineer to lead mobile development across our marketplace and PMS products.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you’ll define the architecture, own performance, and deliver a fluent experience for pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and procurement teams across Jordan, Egypt, and the region.
What You’ll Do
Lead Flutter app architecture for scale, testability, and maintainability.Set standards for state management, structure, DI, and code quality.Drive performance: smooth UX, fast startup, efficient rendering.Partner with design to deliver an intuitive, trustworthy experience.Integrate backend APIs, realtime data, and offline-first flows.Mentor engineers and raise mobile engineering bar.Improve tooling, CI/CD, testing, and release practices.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years shipping Flutter apps.Proven ownership of mobile architecture end-to-end.Strong Dart/Flutter fundamentals: lifecycle, rendering, state management (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider), performance.Solid debugging skills with real tooling (DevTools/profiling).Strong product and UX craft; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.iOS/Android integration experience when needed.Based in, or able to work core hours aligned with, Jordan or Egypt.
