About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our Science and Strategic Initiatives team at Google DeepMind. In this role, you will focus on building and operationalizing a self-improving meta-agent framework designed to diagnose, remediate, and improve AI agent performance across various domains including science, cybersecurity, and coding. Your responsibilities will include designing diagnostic agents, developing automated validation pipelines, and creating memory architectures to extract insights from multi-agent deployments. You will work closely with research teams to characterize model limitations, drive foundational improvements, and ensure the robustness of AI systems in real-world applications.
