What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-stack software engineering with strong technical leadership experience.Deep expertise in Java, React, cloud-native development, and enterprise SaaS.Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, or modern AI APIs.Advanced user of AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.Strong architectural judgment, ownership, and product mindset.Experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and driving technical excellence.
