About the Role CGM is looking for an experienced Team Lead in Software Development to develop innovative technical concepts and lead a dynamic development team in an agile environment. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, coaching development teams, and maintaining high standards of software quality. You will also conduct architecture and code reviews, identify vulnerabilities, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and support the professional development of team members. The position offers a hybrid working model, with two days of remote work and three days on-site per week. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Several years of experience in a software development leadership role. Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred. Proven experience in software architecture and development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic leadership style with the ability to build positive team dynamics. Strong commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn. Solution-oriented, systematic, and reliable approach to work. Additional certifications in software architecture are advantageous.
