About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our dynamic team at BWI GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, or cybersecurity.Knowledge of military or government IT standards and security protocols is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a secure environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Fluency in German and proficiency in English is required.Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with security standards.Support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports accurately and thoroughly.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve IT services.
