We are expanding our distributed engineering team and seeking a skilled, autonomous Software Engineer based in the Philippines. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain production-grade backend services, core APIs, and asynchronous data ingestion pipelines supporting our automated candidate-matching platform. Role OverviewAs a Software Engineer, you will build scalable microservices and optimize system throughput across our core matching infrastructure. You will work closely with senior platform architects, writing clean, high-performance code and ensuring seamless data integration across our applicant and employer interfaces.
