Senior Infrastructure Engineer (AWS + Windows Server)

Opportunity Our client is an ASX listed asset management and services company based in Melbourne’s CBD. They have a great opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join on contract starting ASAP. Role As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, management and optimisation of hybrid Cloud infrastructure that includes Windows Server, AWS, and virtualization technologies. Project work that may include new infrastructure, upgrades, and improvements across a busy technology division. About You Significant experience as an Infrastructure EngineerBroad technical skills across AWS cloud, WindowsAWS certifications (mandatory) and other relevant tertiary qualificationsTechnical skills that include virtualisation (VMware/HyberV), containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and understanding of networks and storageCapabilities with automation and orchestrationScripting with PowerShell and PythonIaC / Terraform skillsOutstanding stakeholder management across business and technologyExcellent written communication skills, including the ability to write detailed designs, diagrams etcExcellent verbal communication skills including engagement with vendors and internal stakeholders, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and users Apply Submit your resume ASAP, or for further information please contact Jarrodd.edwards@talentinternational.com.
