Description

This is a technical role with a strong solutioning element; you will be the subject matter expert our teams turn to across our core platforms: Zapier, Jitterbit Harmony, SnapLogic, FormAssembly, and Salesforce. Day to day, you will be the person who takes a new or complex requirement from a university partner, interrogates it, and designs a practical solution within our technology stack and support scope. That means understanding what a partner actually needs (which is not always what they ask for), knowing what our platforms can and cannot do, and being creative enough to find the right fit between the two. You will also support and upskill BAU colleagues on platform capabilities, acting as the internal SME they escalate to when a ticket requires deeper knowledge than standard support. Knowledge of higher education data; applicant flows, UCAS structures, student record systems, and how universities think about recruitment data; is highly desirable. The more quickly you can speak a partner's language, the faster you will have impact.
