Role Summary:
Administers the WebLogic, Apache and Tomcat middleware layer supporting the BCC application estate, including JVM tuning, SSL certificate lifecycle management and coordinated application deployments.
Core Technical Skills:
● Oracle WebLogic Server administration and clustering
● Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat configuration
● JVM tuning and garbage-collection diagnostics
● SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management
● Deployment automation and log management
Key Responsibilities:
● WebLogic/Apache/Tomcat administration and JVM tuning
● SSL certificate lifecycle management
● Coordinated application deployments and restart/bounce management
● Log management and troubleshooting support
Soft Skills & Attributes
● Precision under deployment-window time pressure
● Clear coordination with the Release & Deployment Manager
● Structured troubleshooting across application/infrastructure boundary
Certifications
Oracle WebLogic Server certification
Experience Required
