About the Role IBM is seeking Software Developer Co-op students to join its engineering teams for the Spring 2027 semester. This is a 16-week, full-time Co-op opportunity designed for actively enrolled undergraduate students who want to gain practical software development experience while contributing to real IBM projects. As a Software Developer Co-op, you will work alongside experienced IBM developers to design, develop, test, and debug software supporting cloud, AI, and hybrid-platform solutions.
