About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our platform to ensure a seamless experience for users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience in software development, preferably in web or platform-based environments.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and database management systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platform features.Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues, implementing effective solutions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into projects.Assist in the deployment and integration of new features and updates.Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
