Compensation Location: Westminster, CA Pay Range: $63.00 – $70.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Contract | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Contract Duration: Through November 2027 Work Type: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday & Thursday, with additional onsite days as needed 📍 Must be willing to work onsite in Westminster, CA ‼️ ONLY W2 – NO CORP TO CORP – NO 3RD PARTIES Position Summary We are seeking a Senior AMI Engineer to support the validation, testing, and deployment of next-generation Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI 2.0) solutions within a large-scale electric utility environment. This position will work closely with internal engineering and operations teams as well as external metering vendors to validate metering hardware and functionality, support system integration and testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and prepare AMI technologies for field deployment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with AMI, smart metering, smart grid technologies, system testing, and utility metering environments.
