Role Description This full-time remote Web Development Specialist role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing web platforms that support Your Script Produced!’s community of artists. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing responsive designs, and integrating back-end functionality to ensure stable, secure, and scalable websites. The specialist will collaborate with content, design, and production teams to translate creative and business requirements into effective web solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve site performance and accessibility. The role also involves regular communication with internal stakeholders, deploying updates, and staying current with web standards and best practices to enhance the digital experience for users worldwide. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive Web Design.Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with servers, databases, APIs, and security best practices.Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating requirements into technical solutions.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows is beneficial.Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly development practices is advantageous.Prior experience in media, entertainment, or supporting creative communities is a plus.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
