About the Opportunity The Business Intelligence Developer II develops and maintains backend data infrastructure, integration processes, and business intelligence reporting solutions. This role creates ETL data flows and complex reports that improve data accessibility and provide accurate, timely insights for organizational decision-making. The position contributes to the development of scalable analytics solutions that align data capabilities with institutional goals. Responsibilities • Document solution approaches, data flows, system designs, and technical specifications. • Develop and maintain backend data infrastructure to support business intelligence initiatives. • Design and generate complex reports that address business and institutional requirements. • Develop extraction and transformation routines using ABAP programming. • Create and maintain user exits and related ABAP-based solutions. • Support data integration, modeling, and reporting across enterprise platforms. • Develop business intelligence reports that provide actionable insights and support organizational objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout reporting and integration processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Information Science, Business Analytics, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience. • Experience with data integration, data modeling, analytics, and reporting across multiple platforms. • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence solutions such as Power BI. • Strong understanding of data flow design, ETL processes, and reporting development. • ABAP programming experience for data extraction, transformation, and related development. • Relevant experience may include roles such as Analyst, Data Analyst, Consultant, Software Developer, or Business Intelligence Developer. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
