Position: Frontend Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: Up to $65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5-20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate, review, and debug frontend code (e.g., user interfaces, component logic, state management) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.Work through frontend system design, component architecture, and algorithmic problems to push model capabilities forward.Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines. Qualifications Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience.Technical Skills: Strong hands-on coding experience in frontend development (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular), with a deep understanding of browser performance, DOM manipulation, data structures, and system design.Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production-level code.Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
