Role DescriptionWe are seeking a technically skilled professional to support cloud infrastructure, software delivery, platform reliability, automation, and release management.
The role focuses on building efficient development and deployment environments, improving engineering workflows, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure technology platforms.
The successful candidate will work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to automate processes, optimize application delivery, and improve system performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational workflows.Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, development environments, and platform services.Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms across development and production environments.Implement Infrastructure as Code practices to improve consistency, scalability, and deployment efficiency.Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and application health using appropriate observability tools.Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and production-related issues.Coordinate software releases, deployment schedules, version management, and rollback procedures.Establish and maintain deployment standards, release processes, and operational documentation.Collaborate with software engineers to improve application build, testing, deployment, and delivery workflows.Implement security, access control, configuration management, and operational best practices.Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain technical documentation covering infrastructure, deployment processes, configurations, and operational procedures.Evaluate and introduce suitable tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and platform operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of DevOps principles, software development lifecycles, and modern deployment practices.Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is an advantage.Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies.Proficiency with Git and modern source-control workflows.Strong knowledge of Linux or other server operating systems and command-line environments.Understanding of networking, system administration, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting principles.Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across technical teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to system reliability, security, and operational quality.Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and support structured software release processes.Relevant cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, or infrastructure certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
