About The Role We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in React JS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive user interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across devices and browsers. You will translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to accessibility standards and industry best practices. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with stakeholders, backend engineers, UX designers, QA teams, and product managers to bring innovative features to life. Your contributions will directly impact the usability and performance of our digital products, helping us meet client expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of React JS projects.Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools.Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and best practices.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with backend services is preferred. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing user interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable, and scalable code that aligns with project standards.Build and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright to ensure product quality and reliability.Implement and promote Web Accessibility (WCAG/ADA) standards across all deliverables to ensure inclusive user experiences.Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and incorporate feedback into development cycles.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within an Agile/Scrum framework to maintain high-quality standards and team coordination.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.Debug and resolve production issues promptly, minimizing business impact and ensuring consistent user experiences.Work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver comprehensive end-to-end features.Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and industry best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance project outcomes.
